Motel Agency organized an exceptional corporate trip to Marbella for 270 participants in September. The trip's objective was threefold: to celebrate individual and collective achievements, to strengthen team cohesion, and to offer an experience that would be remembered long after returning home.
Thursday: The day began with all participants arriving in Malaga and being transported to the luxurious Hotel Don Carlos. A selected sales team, which had excelled in an internal competition, was further pampered with an exclusive yacht tour. The remaining participants were invited to a refined lunch at the hotel’s own restaurant, Los Naranjos. The evening reached its climax with a party at Don Carlos Beach Club, complete with dinner and entertainment.
Friday: Participants were offered a menu of activities to choose from, including golf, a guided tour in Malaga, shopping in Puerto Banus, spa treatments, canyoning, and various water sports. Lunch was served in style at Nikki Beach, and the day concluded with an authentic Spanish evening at Cortijo de Cortez. Here, paella, sangria, and dancing were provided, along with a spectacular horse show.
Saturday: The entire group took part in a catamaran tour, utilizing three large catamarans. A fresh sushi lunch was served on board. After returning to the hotel, participants enjoyed a light snack before being taken to a beach party at La Plage Casanis.
Sunday: Relaxation on the beach before returning to Norway.
